About Vantage Pointe Lofts
As of this writing, Vantage Pointe Lofts are still under construction.
However, you really can't beat the location of this property,
and it looks like it will have a lot to offer. Vantage Pointe
is just that...you can really see a lot of the great things surrounding
it from just about anywhere around the property. Just to the southwest,
you'll see Flatirons Crossing Mall, with a Foleys, Nordstroms,
Dicks Sporting Goods, and an AMC theaters. Lots of great restaurants
are located here, and really, it is only about a mile away. The
mall is in the foreground of the beautiful Rocky Mountains. If
you look a little further to the northwest, you can take in a
great unobstructed shot of Long's peak, one of Colorado's numerous
14,000 plus foot peaks.
Vantage Pointe is situated right between both Denver and Boulder
on the Boulder Turnpike (I-36). If you work in either city, you
are in good shape. Vantage Pointe Lofts are right across the street
from Sun Microsystems, a major employer in the area. If you were
to jump onto I-36 to Denver, the drive would be about 20-30 minutes
depending on the traffic. On a good day, you can get to Boulder
in 10 minutes from this location.
