I am wondering if you could give me more information on the Dakota Lofts and if there is something for rent in that area. I am looking for 1-bedroom, 1-bath apartments in the “LoHi” area of Denver.

My budget is my biggest concern as i dont want to go over 800-850 dollars. If you have some availability in that area please let me know.
